Ruian Hongre Shoes Co.,ltd was established in 2009, it is located in No.558, Dingye Road, Ruian City, Zhejiang Province,China, a collection research and development, design, production, sales and service as one of the high-tech enterprises. It covers 12,000㎡ of production area with over 400 employees. The annual output is more than 2.8 million pairs safety shoes and the annual turnover exceeds 30 million dollars. We are professional safety shoes manufacturer and exporter.
We focuses on footwear technology innovation, our CEO Mr. Qiqiao Ye cooperate with high-tech enterprise researched and developed intelligent injection footwear auto-machines and intelligent cemented footwear auto-machines which both have obtained technical patents. The two kinds of footwear machines simplify traditional complicated shoe making process, use less labor, greatly improve and stabilize the quality of mass production finished shoes. They have solved traditional footwear industry major problems. We have 6 intelligent production lines in our factory. Meanwhile, we have other technology patents as well, such as special injection technology of PU material, special injection technology of EVA material, special injection technology of E-TPU material and so on. These technologies help safety shoes be more suitable for more workplaces.
